Customers are the most valuable asset of any business and access to them is vital. ASP Hire allows new customers to be entered quickly and efficiently onto the system, together with the facility to amend existing customer details easily.

Once entered onto the ASP Hire system this information is then used on all customer documentation including contracts, delivery notes and invoices.

Customers can also be managed through the ASP Hire system, with individual customers being able to be placed on different statuses, for example, if a customer is placed “on stop” the system prevents further business being undertaken until the customer is taken “off stop”.
